TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our services are provided in accordance with current Italian
regulations governing urban mobility and licensed taxi operations.

No advance payment is normally required.

However, in line with the regulations issued by the Municipality of Livorno regarding taxi services, for journeys whose destination is outside the municipal boundaries, the driver may request a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated fare as a guarantee.

Any such deposit request will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon in  advance.

The remaining balance is payable at the end of the service directly to the driver.

The official currency in Italy is the Euro (€), which is the only accepted currency.

Electronic payment methods are accepted; any applicable banking or transaction fees remain the responsibility of the client.

Payments in currencies other than Euro cannot be accepted.
