Florence is one hour
away from Livorno. The taxi will drop you off in the pedestrian
area, right in front of the Cathedral Square, Santa Croce
Square, the Uffizi Gallery, the Gallery of the Academy and
Pitti Palace. This is also the commercial centre where all
the shopping is. The taxi will wait for you and will provide
transfer to any area at you request. On the way out of town
we usually stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for a breathtaking
look at the city from this hilltop square. We then proceed
to Pisa where taxis have access right in the Miracle Square.
Return to Livorno (30 minutes). |
